Improved Chat Widget
In the current state, despite the number of customization options, the chat widget is very basic. Currently it supports only a single continuous chat session.
The widget can be improved with the following items:
- Support to collect the user email before starting the chat session.
- Support for multiple chat sessions.
- Simpler color & theme customization.
Nice to have's:
- Searchable Q&As, Pages, Actions & Workflows.
Such additions will improve the end user's experience with interacting with the bot and finding what they are actually searching for.
